Dantian are located in the areas of the abdomen, heart, and brain that are the Earth Dantian, Heart Dantian, and Heaven Dantian that are represented by the green Earth trigram, Yin & Yang symbol, and Heaven trigram. In Dantian Meditation by me, one first inhales and directs Qi from abdomen throughout one’s Qi system and then exhales and concentrates one’s Yin & Yang Essence in abdomen where Essence is transformed into Qi. Then inhales and directs HEAVEN QI down to heart and then exhales and directs EARTH QI up to heart where Qi is transformed into Spirit Qi. Then inhales and directs Spirit Qi to brain and then exhales and concentrate Spirit Qi in brain where Spirit Qi is transformed into Pure Openness. Then the Qi of the One enters the crown of the head and concentrates in one!
